Wim Hof and David Sinclair, two very different men, a very similar message: exposure to cold makes us stronger. In fact, it can cause cellular reprogramming... Its the idea that some stress to the body can be very good, and that includes exposure to cold, movement and intermittent fasting, and kids can definitely benefit too. I give my kids a quick blast of cold water at the end of a normal shower, or get them to splash their faces with cold water in the morning, or give the garden a quick run around without a jacket in the winter before getting down to homework... (please note the word quick, we're not trying to give them pneumonia, here!) These are incredible habits for life, so start young!
