I've been writing about a lot of health concerns that I think people would like to know about, and I've been finding remedies for Skin and Haircare that work. Read further to learn more about the amazing benefits of Peppermint Oil and all the alluring things that you can manifest into your life for your health.

Peppermint Essential Oil:

Peppermint is one of the most versatile essential oils out there. It can be used aromatically, topically and internally to address and number of health concerns, from muscle aches and pains to seasonal allergy symptoms. You can use Peppermint Oil to lower energy and digestive complaints. It's also commonly used to boost energy and improve both your skin and hair health.

It has significant anti-microbial and anti-viral activities, and it also will work as a strong antioxidant and displays anti-tumor effects in lab studies. It also shows an anti-allergenic potential and pain-killing effects, to help you relax the gastrointestinal tract and is even thought to be chemo preventative. It's no wonder why peppermint oil is recommended and has been throughout the ages, it helps with so many ailments of the human condition that everyone should have a little peppermint oil and mint leaves handy.

You can make your own peppermint toothpaste in a simple home-made recipe of equal parts of coconut oil and baking soda about a Tablespoon of each and add about 20 drops of peppermint oil and mix that up. This is a great home-made toothpaste to use daily.

Peppermint oil is natural so you can ingest it in small amounts. You can use it to freshen your breath by adding a drop or two to a glass of water and drinking it. You can just smell peppermint oil to boost your energy level.

You can also use it for a home-made vapor rub, just use about a Tablespoon of coconut oil, add 5 drops of peppermint along with 5 drops of Eucalyptus oil and mix that together and rub on your chest to help open the lungs and airwaves. It's also a great remedy to use during allergy season to place one drop under the tongue or to put a little on your chest to relieve the symptoms of allergies.

It can also relieve headaches and belly aches as well. It's great for your digestive tract because it helps sooth the insides a little bit while working as well to take out harmful bacteria’s, microbial, or viral activities as well.

In a home-made muscle rub, peppermint oil is one of the best, along with frankincense is another good one to use. You can mix these two together with coconut oil to naturally reduce pain. You can just go on forever about the benefits of using these oils, but one great one to do is to mix equal drops of peppermint oil along with frankincense and rub it on the bottoms of your feet. When you rub essential oils on the bottom of your feet, these oils reach the blood stream within 30 seconds of application so it's a really great place to apply anything natural to your body is to apply it to the bottoms of your feet.

Bergamot Oil is another one that has similar properties as Peppermint, so I will be adding this to my list of topics to blog about as there is many benefits that even after reading that we might forget with time, so it's always nice to have a trustable source for information regarding natural medicines and remedies that work to help with your health and help people find relief from many symptoms that might be troubling you. I had enough issues that I was dealing with, that I absolutely needed to find natural medicinal properties to help ease me out of the trauma and grief that I've encountered, and highly suggest to anyone out there to try natural remedies even before going to see a doctor or a nurse practitioner.

I do not however downplay there role in society. I just think there is a ton of information that doctors and medical fields are not going to mention for people to heal 100% rather then keep them as a customer for life and always coming back. So I think it's worth it to mention it and believe strongly in the natural benefits of using Essential Oils along with herbs and eating healthy a whole.

Hope you're all having a great day. If there is something about peppermint oil that I haven't mentioned here... be sure to add them in the comments for other people to be able to see as well. Thanks!
