If you're anything like me, you like to study natural ways to heal the body as the medications that doctors prescribe people are sometimes not only dangerous but can get a person locked into trusting and relying on only the medical professionals. So, I rather investigate treatments and remedies that are natural because after trying them myself and healing in many ways, I find that they are 100% better than relying on the medical system.

Anise Seed Oil

Get yourself a bottle of Anise Seed Oil and you'll be amazed at all the different things you can do with it. Not only is it an amazing aroma for therapy, it's a great one to use occasionally for different reasons.

For one skin recipe:
*Combine 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil with 4 drops of Anise Seed Oil and 3 drops of Ylang-Ylang EO.

You can use this on your skin or hair if need be to help relieve symptoms of itchiness or add for pain relief.

Another recipe for acne and skin irritations:
Place a cup of boiled hot water in your room in a safe place and add a Tablespoon of Anise Seed Oil. This will by the aromatherapy for the night with a great fragrance in the air. When you wake up, add a Tablespoon of honey to it and mix well. Apply this to the skin wherever you have acne or breakouts and start seeing the revolutionary changes when using this every morning for a month. You will get to see and experience the delight of getting great skin back and feeling great.

Anise Seed is a natural antiseptic and insect deterrent. It's also great for heling to speed up the healing of the skin. It's a very strong aroma, and also a very strong therapeutic remedy so that you don't need to use much of it for most serums that you make. A lot of recipes only call for one or two drops of it.

Another Serum for Acne and Breakouts:
Combine 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil, 1 Tablespoon of honey and add a few drops of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Add one or two drops of Anise Seed Oil and apply it to affected skin. Remember that this is a very strong essential oil, so you're not going to need a lot to feel the effects from it. You can also add a pinch of turmeric powder or a couple drops of teat tree oil as well. Just make certain that when you are using teat tree oil that you're not getting it on your lips, as tea tree oil will harm the lips and make them worse.

Mix these basic ingredients together and apply it to the skin or face and leave on for 10 minutes or so before washing off. You can do any of these remedies two or three times a week for best results when targeting acne.

Be careful using this as Anise Seed is also an afrodesiac as well, so if you use it often, it will make you horny as well. Sometimes, that might be a great thing... other times, it might be bothersome, especially for the men if you're not getting any action, it can be quite arrousing and cause you to really get going in those areas.

Thanks, and happy natural remedy hunting. Hope this helps! I loved the night that I first made the one with hot water. I slept so great and the smell is heavenly.
