Those of you experiencing acne breakouts, there is an amazing way to rid yourself of the problem using holistics. Anise Seed Oil has many uses, but this one is by far one that you will want to use.
• Combine 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil with 4 drops of Anise Seed Oil & 3 drops of Ylang-Ylang Oil
Put a cup of boiled hot water in your room in a safe place and add a tablespoon of Anise Seed Oil. This will be the aromatherapy for the night with a beautiful fragrance in the air. When you wake up, add a tablespoon of honey to it and mix well. Apply this to the skin wherever you have acne or breakouts and see the revolutionary changes when using this every day for a month. You will get to see the changes and experience the delight of feeling great skin without breakouts.
Anise seed is a natural antiseptic and insect deterrent. It's also greatto heal skin sores and acne faster.
Anise seed is also very strong, so you only need a drop or two – no more in serums and a lot of recipes that call for Anise Seed Oil as well.
One Serum for Acne and Breakouts you can combine one tablespoon of coconut oil, one teaspoon of honey and a few drops of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Add one drop, or two, of anise seed oil. Remember this is a very strong essential oil, so you don't need a lot to feel the effects from it. You can also add a pinch of turmeric powder or a couple drops of tea tree oil. Just make sure that if you're using tea tree oil to keep it away from your lips as tea tree will harm the lips and make them worse.
Mix these basic ingredients together and apply it to the skin or face and leave on for ten minutes or so... and then wash off. You can use any of these remedies two to three times a week to target acne or use the first one mentioned for a month and see a revitalizing change in your skin in a short amount of time.
Thanks, I look forward to posting more Natural Medicines and Holistics in the future, so I hope to see you there and commenting on some of these as well and let me know your own recipes and remedies for things. Love reading about them all.
