Hello, happy Sunday!!! I wanted to first thank #hive and the @naturalmedicine community for allowing me to share with you through this wonderful platform. Recently as I had told you I decided to talk a little in my posts about the plants that my dad has in his garden and today I chose and harvested guavas (one of my favorite fruits, the truth is that it is super delicious), it is rich in benefits for our health and we can integrate it to various preparations.

I tell you that about 3 years ago an acquaintance of my dad gave him a super small guava bush, and today thanks to the care that my dad has given him we can harvest divine guavas, it has been great to see the evolution of this plant over time (it grew super fast), the other day of the guava harvest my dad showed the man who gave him the bush when I was little how big the guavas were and he could not believe how beautiful the guavas were and how fast we started to harvest their fruits.

Consuming guava will help us to reduce the levels of sugar in our blood, promotes weight loss, strengthens our immune system and improves the health of our heart.


Guavas contain large amounts of antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium and fiber, so now that we are in pandemic is important to consume it. The leaves of the guava tree are used to heal wounds and hair loss. It also helps with fertility and improving our visual health.

Well now that you know some of these benefits of this great fruit, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING TO INTEGRATE IT INTO YOUR DAILY DIET, we always make juices, jam and use as a snack to guava (at no cost because in the house we have the tree of this fruit).


The guava besides being super delicious and have an incredible aroma will help you take care of your health and prevent diseases, and if you still do not know it I invite you to please try it I assure you that you will not regret it. It is wonderful to enjoy the fantastic of nature, that's why I say always choose to eat healthy!

Hola, feliz domingo!!! quería agradecer primeramente a #hive y la comunidad de @naturalmedicine por permitirme compartir con ustedes por esta maravillosa plataforma. Hace poco como les había comentado decidí hablar un poco en mis post sobre las plantas que tiene mi papa en su jardín y hoy elegí y coseche guayabas (una de mis frutas favoritas, la verdad es que es súper deliciosa), es rica en beneficios para nuestra salud y la podemos integrar a varias preparaciones.

Te cuento que hace como 3 años un conocido de mi papa le regalo una mata de guayaba súper pequeña, y hoy día gracias al cuidado que le ha dado mi papa podemos cosechar divinas guayabas, ha sido grandioso ver la evolución de esta planta a lo largo del tiempo (creció súper rápido), el otro día de la cosecha de guayabas mi papa le enseño al señor que le regalo la mata cuando estaba pequeña lo grande que estaban las guayabas y el no podía creer lo lindas que estaban las guayabas y lo rápido que empezamos a cosechar sus frutos.

Consumir guayaba nos ayudara a reducir los niveles de azúcar en nuestra sangre,favorece a la perdida de peso, fortalece nuestro sistema inmune y mejora la salud de nuestro corazón.


Las guayabas contienen grandes cantidades de antioxidantes, vitamina C, potasio y fibra, por eso ahorita que estamos en pandemia es importante consumirla. Las hojas del arbol de guayaba son utilizadas para curar heridas y la perdida de cabello. También ayuda a la fertilidad y al mejoramiento de nuestra salud visual.

Bueno ahora que sabes algunos de estos beneficios de esta grandiosa fruta, ¿QUE ESPERAS PARA INTEGRARLA A TU DIETA DIARIA?, nosotros siempre hacemos jugos, mermelada y usamos como merienda a la guayaba (sin costo alguno porque en la casa tenemos el árbol de esta fruta).


La guayaba ademas de ser súper deliciosa y tener un aroma increíble te ayudara a cuidar tu salud y prevenir enfermedades, y si aun no la conoces te invito a que por favor la pruebes te aseguro que no te arrepentirás. Es maravilloso gozar de lo fantástico de la naturaleza, por eso te digo ¡Elije siempre comer sano!
