Home Education Curation Collection. 25th October 2020

in Home Edderslast month

This week we have ideas for educational activities and engaging your students, as well as offer food for thought when it comes to the learning paths we choose.

Quite a few of us use stock images on our posts, but did you know our very own @crosheille has created some education themed images for the use of other Hivers? They can be found here and for some covid life ones you might like these.

@sumatranate gives a thought provoking discussion about grades, knowledge and the transfer of knowledge, including how this can work in the family learning environment.

@romeskie has been making a clock for her avid time telling daughter, out of what's on hand. Recycling and learning for the win!

In @antonette's house, an advert on tv became the catalyst for learning about the world and where countries are. Lots of fun geography learning and curiosity satisfying ensued.

@mini-zephalexia demonstrates how maths can become a giant, fun project! Just how big is this die?

As @taliakerch's son approaches the age of requirement for formal education, she has been looking all the more into why parents choose to homeschool and the pros and cons of this form of education.

Thank you for joining us. This curation was brought to you by @minismallholding and this week I have chosen @taliakerch to be a 10% beneficiary of this post, and have added in another beneficiary for @mattclarke for the ongoing delegation support. Thank you!
