A Curation Compilation for the Home Education Community. #8

in #homeschooling8 months ago

I think many of us are still trying to get ourselves back in gear after the holidays. It's a bit quiet on the home education posting front. If anyone needs some inspiration to get going, the this year's first topic of the week might help to get the juices flowing.

@crosheille could very well be reflecting how some of us are feeling at the moment; has the slump zone hit you too?

@bia.birch ponders on poetry and gives some tips on lesson plans for writing poetry.

As parents who have been educated in what we've come to see as the traditional way, it can be hard to let go of how we perceive someone should be learning. @trucklife-family writes about a child's natural inclination to learn, without it being forced upon them.
